Lauren loves building her knowledge in all areas of physiotherapy and frequently attends training courses to advance her knowledge to give patients the most up to date information and practice possible. She has completed advanced training in Sports Physiotherapy, Pilates , Pre and post natal care and exercise, muscle energy techniques for the pelvis and spine, dry needling, Kinesio taping, Real time Ultrasound for imaging and Biofeedback, and LJ Lee's Connect Therapy approaches for the Hip/Pelvis and Thoracic Cage which enables her to apply a whole body approach to her treatments and to look at the bodies inter linking relationships which can result in longer lasting solutions for her patients.
