Director, Lauren Bailey is an experienced Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor with a strong background in private practice and sports having worked closely with multiple sporting teams over the years including rugby, netball, soccer, athletics, gymnastics, triathlon, and several years working with the AFL NSW/ACT talented player program , as well as working with dancers and performers including Lady Ga Ga's Sydney tour in 2012.
Always involved in sport herself, she has a personal background in gymnastics and diving having competed nationally growing up. More recently in her continued commitment to health and fitness, Lauren has gone on to compete Australia wide in marathon running and long course/Ironman triathlon for which she raced as a sponsored athlete for several years.
Lauren began Pilates as an athlete to assist injury prevention and enhance performance; however after sustaining significant injuries in some bad cycling accidents recently she has returned to use it in rehabilitation and recovery in the hope to return to racing in the future and prove what every doctor thinks would be an impossible feat.
Lauren loves building her knowledge in all areas of physiotherapy and frequently attends training courses to advance her knowledge to give patients the most up to date information and practice possible. She has completed advanced training in Sports Physiotherapy, Pilates and exercise prescription, muscle energy techniques, dry needling, Kinesio taping, Real time Ultrasound for imaging and Biofeedback, and LJ Lee's Connect Therapy approaches for the Hip/Pelvis and Thoracic Cage which enables her to apply a whole body approach to her treatments and to look at the bodies inter linking relationships which can result in longer lasting solutions for her patients.

Lauren McDonald is a Physiotherapist who's passion for the human body arose after many years dancing classical ballet and has since been intrigued by the complexity of movement required for its art form. Before university Lauren was a member of The Queensland Ballet where she danced in various productions in Brisbane and rural Australia.
As a keen netballer growing up Lauren has had the privilege of working closely with North Shore United's Premiere League netball team. Lauren has also had experience providing rehabilitation for dancers and gymnasts.
Lauren has always been committed to her health and fitness and has been a keen long distance runner from a young age. Competing at state and national levels growing up, Lauren continues to train hoping to compete in her first half marathon in the near future. Lauren also has a great interest in Pilates and yoga, as they were both an integral component to her training during her career as a ballet dancer.
Lauren is continuously building upon her knowledge and is currently completing her Pilates training with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute.
