Group Physiotherapy Exercise Timetable:

Group Semi Private Studio Sessions: Max 3 per class 
Personalised whole body conditioning programs using specialised equipment focusing on balanced development of the body to optimise the way we move. Studio sessions are suitable for all ages and levels of capability with programs individually customised by the Physiotherapist leading the session to each individual to assist in injury management or individual targets/goals  for fitness and sport performance. Each member of the class will do their own program to target their needs. 

Class Times 
Monday 5pm - 6pm
Tuesday 5.30pm-6.30pm 
Wednesday 4pm-5pm 
Thursday 5.30pm- 6.30pm 


Bookings essential. These sessions are run weekly on an ongoing basis. Spots are limited so please call reception to discuss availability in classes.

Private Semi Private (3:1) / Duo (2:1)/Private (1:1) Studio Sessions:
Can't make any of the set class times in Semi Private sessions???

Why not book your own Private Class???

You can attend on your own or build your own group w friends or family to suit you!!

Please Note : only one class can run at a time so please discuss w reception availability of times to start your own class to ensure it does not overlap w pre existing private classes.
